Welcome to our university housing! We hope you will enjoy your stay with us.

Process for reserving accommodation

  1. Complete the online application request form.
  2. Depending on availability, a room will be suggested by email.
  3. If you agree with the suggested accommodation, you will receive a booking agreement by email.
  4. To confirm your reservation, you must proceed with one of the following two options depending on the length of your stay:
  • Stay of more than 30 days - Sign a booking agreement and pay a security deposit of CAD $200 at the latest 30 days before your arrival.
  • Stay of 30 days or less - Provide a credit card number by calling 506-858-4015.

Key and card recovery

If you plan to arrive during our business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm or Saturday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (from May 7 to August 16, 2023), please come to the reception of Residence Médard-Collette to sign your rental agreement or housing regulations (if applicable), collect your keys / cards and pay your rent.

Outside our business hours, please go to the Service de sécurité (Security Department) located at the back of the Lefebvre Residence to collect your keys / cards. The next working day following your arrival, please come to the reception of the Residence Médard-Collette to complete your registration.

Payment

On arrival you must pay a first installment or pay the total rent (if applicable) and your security deposit if it has not been made yet. If you plan to stay more than one month, you will have to pay your rent by the 1st of each month at the reception of the Residence Médard-Collette.

Parking Permit

To obtain a parking permit, please go to the Service de sécurité (Security Department) (506-858-4100) located at the back of the Lefebvre Residence; They are open 24 / 7.

Studio cleaning

You are responsible for cleaning your studio, washing towels and bedding. As well as sweeping and moping the floors. You are also responsible for cleaning your shower, toilet, sinks and countertops.


If you need equipment or advice, you can ask for help from the building's janitor.

Return keys or cards at the end of your stay

We thank you in advance for taking good care of our keys / cards and returning them to us when you leave.

To ensure the safety of property and people on the Moncton Campus, the Service de logement - Short-Term and Summer Housing asks all its short-term renters to return their keys and access cards directly to the Residence Médard-Collette.

• During our business hours, please return your keys and cards to the reception at Residence Médard-Collette.
• Outside our business hours, please bring your keys and cards to the Security office located behind the Residence Lefebvre.

IN THE CASE OF UNRETURNED KEYS, A $100 FEE WILL BE RETAINED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Refund (if applicable) of your security deposit

The working day before your departure, you can contact the reception of the Residence Médard-Collette (506-858-4015) during our business hours (8:30 to 12:00 and from 1:00 to 4:30) to carry out the verification of your accommodation. If there is no damage, your accommodation is clean and your keys / cards have been delivered, your security deposit will be refunded to you either by debit card or credit card.

WIFI access

A modem is available in your accommodation, follow the instructions on it.

Housing Services Regulations

Everyone in our accommodations is subject to the Housing Services Regulations. You are responsible for taking note of these as they are an integral part of the rental agreement.
