Welcome to our university housing. We hope you enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
How to Reserve Accommodation
- Complete the online application form.
- Based on availability, a room will be offered by email.
- If you accept the offer, you will receive a booking agreement.
- To confirm your reservation, the signed agreement and a $200 CAD security deposit must be received by the expiration date specified in your agreement.
Arrival Information
Check-In Location
During business hours, please go to the reception at Residence Médard-Collette to complete your registration.
Business Hours (May 7 to August 16):
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday to Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Outside business hours:
- Go to the Security Office (behind Residence Lefebvre) to pick up your keys and access card.
- You must complete your registration at Residence Médard-Collette on the next business day.
Payment
Upon arrival, you must pay your first installment or full rent, if applicable.
For stays longer than one month, rent is due on the 1st of each month at the Residence Médard-Collette reception.
Parking Permit
If you require parking, visit the Security Office (behind Residence Lefebvre):
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Campus Map
Cleaning Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your studio, including:
- Washing towels and bedding
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning the bathroom (shower, toilet, sinks, countertops)
Cleaning supplies may be requested from the building janitor.
Key and Access Card Return
Keys and access cards must be returned at the end of your stay.
- During business hours: Return them to Residence Médard-Collette reception
- Outside business hours: Return them to the Security Office (behind Residence Lefebvre)
IMPORTANT : A 120 fee will be deducted from your deposit if keys/cards are not returned.
Security Deposit Refund
To arrange your deposit refund:
- Contact reception at 506-858-4015 on the business day before departure
- Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- A room inspection will be conducted
Your deposit will be refunded (by debit or credit) if:
- The unit is clean
- No damage is noted
- Keys/cards have been returned
Wi-Fi Access
Your unit includes a modem. Please follow the instructions provided on the device to connect. WiFi Internet | Service de logement (umoncton.ca)
Housing Regulations
All tenants must comply with Housing Services Regulations, which are part of the rental agreement.
