Summer housing is open from mid-May to mid-August.
Check in is at 3:00 pm on your arrival date.
Check-out is at 11:00 am on your departure date.
A credit card number is needed to confirm a booking. Please call 506-858-4015. No amount will be put on the credit card before arrival unless there is a last-minute cancellation.
All cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If not, an amount equal to one-night reservation, plus taxes, will be taken from the credit card.
Parking permits are included with your reservation if you stay 7 days or less (free during weekends from Friday 6:00 pm to Monday 7:00 am).
For a reservation of 30 days and more, a booking contract must be signed.
WIFI access.
TV cable are NOT available.
There is NO kitchenware or dishes in our kitchenettes.
