It is possible to rent the facilities at CEPS or elsewhere on campus for your activity… whether it’s for 30 people or 3000! Many organizations hold workshops, conferences, gatherings, or general meetings at the Université de Moncton campus every year.
Rentals – Campus
Various venues are available on campus:
- theatre with fixed stage (12 m x 18 m): 350 seats
- banquet/exhibit hall (3,500 m2) with garage (door 3.4 m x 3.4 m); storage rooms; permanent seats for 500; portable seating for 500; ceiling height 11.5 m
- double gymnasium (1,150 m2) with 250 permanent and 500 portable seats
- meeting rooms: over 50 rooms with seating for 15 to 300 people
- multiple reception areas
- audiovisual equipment available
- electricity – 600 amp
- over 2,000 parking spaces on campus
- catering services – 3 dining rooms (health break, meals, banquets, bar service)

Rentals – CEPS Meeting Rooms
Looking for a room for your team meeting or annual meeting? At CEPS, we can accommodate from 12 up to 120 people. We also offer four rooms fully equipped with audiovisual equipment. Contact the reception (506) 858-4545 to find out more. Our rates are highly competitive.
Pool Rental
You can rent our pool for special events like birthdays, awards, or just about anything else. Please contact us at (506)858-4545 for more information. As demand for the pool is high, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note, however, that renting the pool for courses or other training without the prior approval of CEPS management is not permitted.
Field house Rental
For your banquets, mini-Olympic days, fairs, or other gatherings, the field house can hold over 2,000 people for a sit-down meal or up to 4,000 for a spectator event. For fairs, the field house can accommodate over 250 kiosks (3 m x 3 m).
For example, over 2,200 people attended the closing banquet of the Silver Broom World Curling Championships at the CEPS in 1981. In addition, every May, the field house holds over 3,500 people attending the university’s annual convocation ceremony.
Gymnasium Rental
Our 1,150 m2 gym can be rented for sports and other activities. In fact, the movable dividers that separate the gym in two make this an ideal space for holding casinos, conferences with kiosks, or other types of gatherings where separate spaces are needed
Arena Rental
The J.-Louis-Lévesque Arena has a 60 m x 26 m rink and 1,200 permanent seats to meet your skating needs in winter and your space rental needs in summer. During the summer, the building is rented regularly to a variety of groups and has previously hosted giant sales, bingo games, meals, all kinds of entertainment, and much more!
The J.-Louis-Lévesque Arena is the ideal site for your sports competition. With five locker rooms, two large meeting rooms on the first floor, and all the support services possible, the arena is one of the best places hold sports activities.
Birthdays and Parties
Playing a sport is a unique way to celebrate a birthday, party, or other special event. Whether you want to play soccer or basketball and end the festivities with a dip in our huge pool with movable floor, we have the facilities you need to ensure that your party is a success.
