Step by Step Registration

Step 1 - Pay your registration and deposit fee 

Within ten buisness days of having received your Welcome email, you must pay the registration and deposit fee of $375 ($275 non-refundable registration fee, plus $100 deposit fee for room keys and laundry card)

The following method of payment is accepted:

Step 2 - Read the information package

It is important to take the time to read the entire Explore (13-15) information package. It contains all the information you need to plan your trip, get to know the program structure, the program regulations and much more. The Explore Jeunesse 2022 information package is available here.

Step 3 - Fill out the required forms

Fill out the forms by printing the applicable documents available below:

• Forms for students

1. Language and Program Policy Pledge
2. Minor Participant Release Form for the Use of Photographs and Videos
3. Parental Discharge U de M Explore

OPTIONAL

1. Leave of absence request

Upload them at the end of the Student Data Web form in step 4.  

Step 4 – Fill out the Student Data form

Fill out the Explore French Immersion Student Data Form available here.

Step 5 - Plan your trip and inform us of your travel itinerary

Refer to the Explore information package (see step 2) for important arrival and departure information necessary to plan your trip.

If traveling by plane, train¹ or bus, you will need your booking confirmation to provide us with the exact details regarding your trip.

¹There are rebates available with the travel companies listed below specifically for Explore Bursary Students, some conditions apply;

• Via Rail 7,5% 

To receive your discount, you will need to have the discount code in hand prior to booking your ticket. You, therefore, need to request a letter from our institution confirming your Explore Jeunesse bursary student status. In order to receive this letter, please send an email to formationcontinue@umoncton.ca, and ask our office representative for a Via Rail rebate letter

Step 6 - Fee Payment

Students who have not received the Explore bursary to attend the program must pay the full amount of the program fees on or before Friday, May 29, 2020. The accepted methods of payment are outlined in the welcome email inviting you to proceed with the full registration. You can also contact our Customer Services at 506-858-4121 for any questions you may have about this transaction and to proceed with your payment.
