The Université de Moncton faces major challenges in New Brunswick -
its main recruitment pool. A decline in high school student population and
an increase in competition from other universities represent significant
challenges.
We are completing a review of our study programs in an effort to ensure
that they offer high quality intellectual, scientific, professional and
personal training, responsive to the needs of both society and the student
population.
We value excellence and innovation in teaching and thus have expanded
and improved support services to faculty members. Our modern
infrastructure contributes to the quality of student learning.
In recent years, we have successfully introduced a range of new services
to encourage student perseverance and success. Academic support
programs were set up at all three campuses in 2006 and have been very
successful.
