Highlight of the Special Meeting of the Board of Governors
At its special meeting, the Board of Governors ratified the tentative agreement between the Association des bibliothécaires, professeures et professeurs de l'Université de Moncton (ABPPUM, Unit 1) and the administration of the Université de Moncton.
This agreement is for a period of four years, from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026, and offers an overall increase of 10% to the salary scale as well as an adjustment of the career stages at the different ranks to reach parity with the other public universities in New Brunswick.
This agreement also contributes to the implementation of the principles of equity, diversity, inclusion and decolonization (EDI-D) in the context of the Setting Course for the Future Strategy (2023-2028).
