Men’s Soccer : Younesse Chibane joins Aigles Bleus
Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus coach Younes Bouida announces that Younesse Chibane has confirmed his intention to line up with his team in the upcoming Atlantic University Sport men's soccer season.
Forward Younesse Chibane is an elite player from Montréal. He stands 5 ft. 8 in. and is currently playing with the CS Saint-Hubert PLSQ and Réserve clubs. He plans to study criminology next year.
“Younesse is a first-class forward,” declared Younes Bouida, coach of the Bleu et Or. “He’s one of the best forwards in Canada, as his statistics really show. We have had a relationship of mutual trust since our first contact and I believe that we will make progress together to reach our objectives. This ambitious young man has natural talent in front of the net.”
“First and foremost, it’s an honour to be able to represent the Moncton Aigles Bleus next season and to help them to reach their objectives,” Chibane said. “My love of the ball and my will to win will certainly lead the team higher, and that’s what I want to accomplish. Team coach Younes Bouida recruited me and convinced me that my individual skills and abilities will fit in with the team. Next fall I will be 19 and joining a university team will help me physically and mentally to evolve not just as a player but also as a human being. So, again, I’m proud to be part of this family and proud to be able to defend its colours on and off the pitch.”
