Volleyball Aigles Bleues Visit Reds
Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (0-2-0=0 point, 6th position) will travel to Fredericton for an Atlantic University Sport women’s volleyball game on Friday.The Aigles Bleues will visit the University of New Brunswick Reds (1-0=2 points, 2nd position) in the capital for the second game between these teams in one week. The Reds were 3-0 winners last Friday.
“We made some progress following that first game,” coach Monette Boudreau-Carroll said. “Our young team picked up plays in our games and practices. We have more information on the Reds and I know we can beat them. Some players are nursing injuries, and that could affect our play. Videos of the game revealed some plays that we can counter in our upcoming game.”
