Hockey Aigles Bleues will play against the Panthers on Wednesday

Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues will take the road towards Charlottetown on Wednesday evening to meet the University of Prince Edward Island Panthers in Atlantic University Sport women’s hockey exhibition action.

The Denis Ross coached team is fresh from an 8-0 win over the Mount Allison University Mounties, on Sunday.

“We worked hard this week to polish our defensive play in various zones on the ice surface,’’ stated Moncton coach Denis Ross. “We have to make progress on our game plan and be better when we enter a zone. I am looking for a better play defensively when the opposing team has puck possession.”

Goaltenders will be Gabrielle Forget and Sabrina Lebrun. All players are available for the game. The team has 12 forwards, six defensemen and three goaltenders.
