Fitness Assessment

Ask one of our certified fitness supervisor to assess one or more aspects of your physical fitness. Their precise feedback will help you determine what approach to take in your new training program. Our fees are very competitive. Select from the various fitness tests offered:

Resting Metabolism

This test mesures the amount of energy expended by an individual at rest and on an empty stomach (measured in calories per day)

Bio-impedance

This test measures body composition. The following data are collected: fat mass, fat-free mass, percentage of body fat, percentage of fat-free mass, as well as the normal values for each according to your age and gender.

VO2Max

This test directly measures maximum oxygen use and functional capacity. It can be done on a treadmill or a stationary bike.

Indirect VO2 Max

This type of test is very effective in estimating maximum oxygen use

Spirometry

This test is used to measure the volume of air passing through the lungs during breathing. This test helps to identify sports-related asthma. Next, our trainers will be ready to suggest a fitness training program adapted to your specific needs.
