Coping With Difficult People
This workshop has been cancelled. We appologize for the inconvenience.
Have you noticed that some people you work with are incredibly disagreeable, abrasive, uncooperative, unreasonable and even volatile? Is their rude, crude, ignorant, arrogant, insufferable and intolerable “attitude” and behaviour the cause of employee turnover, low morale and reduced productivity for everyone including themselves? Some people are difficult some of the time and some are difficult all of the time. All of them have the ability to destroy your day in the blink of an eye! Avoiding them is usually not an option. Knowing how to handle their frustrating and disruptive behaviour is one of the most important skills you can have. This session incorporates a variety of techniques, skills and approaches that will help you to develop and practice healthier responses to those who are making your life miserable.
