Our healthcare systems are under considerable strain, and the needs of our communities are growing. More than ever, accessible, high-quality local education for the next generation of healthcare professionals is essential.
In response, Université de Moncton and the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick are leading the Donnez pour la relève en santé campaign. Its goal is to raise $2 million over three years to establish scholarship funds for students at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Community Services and the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick.
The campaign takes place in a milestone year, as the Faculty of Health Sciences and Community Services celebrates its 25th anniversary and the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick its 20th. These anniversaries reflect decades of commitment to healthcare education rooted in our communities.
By easing their financial burden, these scholarships will give future professionals in kinesiology, medicine, nutrition, psychology and nursing the means to succeed and meet the needs of our communities.
There are several ways you can support the next generation:
- A one-time gift of cash or publicly traded securities;
- A multi-year pledge, with contributions spread over several years;
- Payroll deductions for Université de Moncton employees;
- A planned gift, such as a gift in your will or a gift of a life insurance policy.
