The Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (3-5=6pts, 5th position) and the Memorial University Sea-Hawks (0-8=0pts, 6th position) will face each other on Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m. at the CEPS Louis-J.-Robichaud gymnasium in the first two regular schedule games of the second semester in Atlantic University Sport women’s volleyball action.

The Aigles Bleues want to get closer to 4th position with 12 games left in the regular season. There are 4 points separating the teams.

“We're ready to play hard this weekend,” said player Hannah Lytwyn. “We showed a lot of energy on Wednesday, and we need to bring that to the table. We had a lot of courage, both teams had some great rallies and that prepared us well. We can't wait to get back into action in the 2nd half of the year.”
For coach Joline Richard, “the season is picking up quickly and we're getting ready for these games. We can't take the Sea-Hawks lightly and we need to be solid. On Wednesday, we showed a lot of our program and our direction. We're seeing progress in our team and we're showing who we want to be. We can be proud of that. Acadia is ranked number one in the AUS heading into the second semester. There are still 12 games to play, and we will continue to develop.”

Tickets to attend the games can be purchased at the gymnasium door before games.
