Track and Field: 1st competition on Saturday at the CEPS
Members of the Université de Moncton track and field teams will compete for the first time on Saturday at the Vance-Toner Stadium of the CEPS Louis-J.-Robichaud, the Défi Bleu et Or Challenge.
There will be competitions in different age groups from U14 years old to open. The first races are scheduled for 12 p.m. with the last races around 3:30 p.m. The athletes have been taking part in training sessions since September. There will be athletes from the University of Prince Edward Island competing.
The Aigles Bleues and Aigles Bleus who will be present are Léarose Aucoin, Yannick Boudreau, Zoé Brockbank, Annie Clarke, Gabriel Gagné, Caroline Gagnon, Ghislain Girouard, Véronique Girouard, Pascal LeBlanc, Madalyn MacKinnon, Max Mazerolle, Rémi Ouellette, Julien Thibodeau and Elisabeth Vigneau.
