Université de Moncton Cross Country Classic on Saturday
The Université de Moncton Cross Country Classic will take place Saturday morning at the Moncton campus with the first races at 10:15 a.m.
There will be competitions in several age groups, from U6 girls and boys at 10:15 a.m. to 18 years + boys and girls at 1 p.m. The other categories are U8 years old, U10 years old, U12 years old, U14 years old, U16 years old and U18 years old, boys and girls.
The course is located on the fairly flat field adjacent to the J.-Louis-Lévesque arena. Races range from 500 m to 6 km, depending on the age group.
It is possible to register on the morning of the race before 10 a.m. Members of the Université de Moncton's cross-country and track and field teams are organizing this annual classic. The top 3 runners in each race will receive a medal.
