The Université de Moncton is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Ward as Director of Communications. He will take up his new position on August 21.

For the past 23 years, Mr. Ward has worked for Radio-Canada Acadie, where he has contributed to the promotion of Francophone and Acadian culture in the region. This career path has allowed him to develop his skills in both production and management.

“Thanks to his diversified career and his commitment to the Francophone community, Paul Ward has solid experience in media, public relations, communications and event organization,” said Dr. Denis Prud'homme, President and Vice-Chancellor.

Paul Ward was born in Chandler, in the Gaspé Peninsula, and grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. His involvement in Ontario's Francophone association movement has provided him with a wealth of experience in various fields of expertise, including youth work, community radio development, event organization consulting, event production and project management. He has lived in Acadie for over 20 years
