| Fonction et information générale | Master Packaging Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Process Engineer. In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, working on process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in engineering principles, a passion for process improvement, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities: - This individual will be involved in a variety of technical activities including but not limited to: - Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. - Implement lean manufacturing principles, including 5S methodology, to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Support the development and implementation of lean six sigma projects. - Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process optimization. - Assist in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process. |
| Exigences | Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical). - 0-3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S and six sigma principles and methodologies would be an asset. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. |
