Second Cross Country competition
The Moncton campus of Université de Moncton Aigles will travel to Wolfville on Saturday for a second Atlantic University Sport Cross Country race.The Acadia University Axewomen and Axemen will be hosting the event at 12 p.m. (women) and 12:45 p.m. (men).
“I am looking forward to this second competition of the season,” coach Steve LeBlanc said. “I had the opportunity to look at our performances after the first race and I brought a number of changes to our training. There is only one more competition after this one before the AUS championships. It will be another good evaluation of our athletes.”
The women competing in Wolfville are Sophie Black, Myriam Cormier, Émilie Guthrie and Pascale Richard. The men are Yannick Boudreau, Simon Delorme, Miguel Dubé, Jérémie Gervais, Marc Guillodo, Christian Haché, Alain Lavoie, Guillaume Ragaru, Dominic Roy and Jonathan Roy.
The AUS championship is slated for Fredericton on Oct. 26th.
