Hockey Aigles Bleus Play Two Weekend Exhibition Games
The Judes Vallée coached team is looking forward to the weekend action to get ready for the opening game of the season later this month. Moncton travels to Halifax on Sunday for a 2 p.m. game against the Dalhousie University Tigers.
“We still need to create the synergy between the players after 11 practices,” coach Judes Vallée said. “I look forward to seeing how the rookies have adopted our system of play. I was impressed by the level of intensity displayed during our practices, which was much higher than last season’s. We must maintain this passion during the games and find the right chemistry for the players. They need to go all out during our four exhibition games to be ready for our first season game.”
Rookie goaltender Etienne Montpetit will get a chance to play his first university calibre game, this weekend. Joey Richard and Danick Emond will miss the games, being on the injury list.
