Job Description: Weaver, Simmons LLP invites applications for the position of Student at Law to join our Sudbury office for the 2025-2026 Articling term. As an Articling Student, you will have the opportunity to provide advice and assistance on a diverse range of legal matters. Working within a full-service law firm, you will closely collaborate with our team of experienced lawyers, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching experience for your professional growth. Responsibilities: • Undertake responsibilities for assigned legal matters. • Collaborate with various departments to identify legal needs and provide advice. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of legal documents. • Analyze complex situations and data to assess risks and impacts related to the legal matter.
