Strength and Conditioning

Our qualified staff may offer some advice for your training program, whether you’re a beginner or have experience. An evaluation of your physical condition will determine a program that will meet your needs, taking in consideration your daily schedule and your life style.    

Stretching, warm-up, relaxation

In order to avoid injuries, it is important to have good warm up, stretching and relaxation techniques following your exercise program. Do not hesitate to speak to one of our trainers for advice. This service is offered free of charge to our members.

Training Program

Before beginning your training program in the weight room, it is recommended you consult a member of our staff to establish objectives and find out how to properly use the equipment. A program to meet your needs will be proposed and this is also free to our members.

Personal training follow-up

Members wishing to have a personal follow-up may benefit from the services of qualified trainers, whether for better health, to boost sports performances or for rehabilitation following an injury. Each session is supervised by an experienced trainer who will motivate you and make sure the exercise is done properly. Various price structures are available for this service.
