VIRTUAL ONLINE PROGRAM

VIRTUAL ONLINE PROGRAM

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be able to offer the usual summer French program for students in person at the Université de Moncton. 

The Université de Moncton, in collaboration with the government of New Brunwick, will be offering a virtual online program in French for students in grades 9 and 10 this summer.   The online French program will consist of various themed weeks over a four-week period in the month of July.  Students can choose to register in as many weeks as they would like, up to the maximum of all four weeks. 

Here are the choices for the four themed weeks:

  • Week 1 (July 5-9, 2021):     Healthy living through sports and wellness.
  • Week 2 (July 12-16, 2021):  Science and the environment: Yours to discover!
  • Week 3 (July 19-23, 2021):  Navigating the world through media and current events.
  • Week 4 (July 26-30, 2021):  Unleashing your creativity through art, music and drama.

 

The daily schedule will be as follows:

  • 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM: Online class time (with scheduled breaks)
  • 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM:    Lunch break
  • 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM:     Online workshops and activities (with scheduled breaks)

 

REGISTRATION FEE

There is no cost for students, but there is a $100 refundable deposit required upon confirmation of acceptance to your week(s).
