Natasha Landry, a student in the Bachelor of Social Work program at the Université de
Moncton, has been awarded the Bourse Claude-F.-Savoie
valued at $5,000.
The Bourse Claude-F.-Savoie
is an extracurricular merit scholarship awarded to
students enrolled full-time on the Moncton campus of the Université de Moncton who have
completed at least two years of study and have an excellent academic record. Recipients
must be from Kent or Westmorland County and be involved in extracurricular activities on
Acadian Construction Ltd. established the Fonds de bourses Claude-F.-Savoie
honour of the visionary leader behind that company and great friend of the Université de
Claude F. Savoie served as chair of the Impact
major fundraising campaign and
fundraising campaigns in the 1990s on behalf of the Université de Moncton.
