Université de Moncton sincerely thanks the Neil Michaud Choir – which gave its last concert in Moncton in November 2016 – for its final $3,000 donation to the Neil-Michaud Scholarship Fund. Established in 1990, the Neil-Michaud Scholarship Fund was made possible by the generosity of chorists to pay tribute to their choir conductor, Neil Michaud, Professor Emerita and Founding Director of Université de Moncton’s Department of Music, for his dedication to music and choral singing.

The Neil-Michaud Scholarship is awarded to students of the Department of Music (Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences), Université de Moncton.

This type of philanthropic gesture represents a significant contribution to enhancing the student experience.

Thanks to the donors who provide students with support to help them pursue their university studies.

To donate to the Université de Moncton or for more information on making a donation, please contact the philanthropic development office at (506) 858-4130 or 1-888-362-1144, by email at developpement@umoncton.ca or visit this website.
