33 Moncton campus Athletes at AUS Track and Field Championships

There are 33 athletes from the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues and Aigles Bleus teams who will compete at the Atlantic University Sport Track and Field Indoor Championships on Friday and Saturday at the Saint-Jean track.

Coach Steve LeBlanc and the athletes have been preparing for this meet since last September and all are eager to compete against other university athletes to measure their progress and even win medals.

Athletes are entered in various running, throwing, and jumping events throughout the two days. Note that Jérémie Thériault, Max Mazerolle and Guillaume Basque will be busy in the seven events of the heptathlon. 

The Aigles Bleues in competition are Roxanne Albert, Mélodie Arsenault, Sophie Black, Annie Clarke, Marie-Pier Cloutier, Amélie Cormier, Isabelle Cormier, Myriam Cormier, Gabrielle Côté, Valérie Déry, Caroline Gagnon, Véronique Girouard, Eloïse Hachey, Sophia Hanna, Kyla Hughes, Joëlle Léger, Hannah Levysshon and Hilary MacLean.

The Aigles Bleus men's team consists of Guillaume Basque, Adrien Bouhtiauy, Samuel Bourque, Yannick Dupuis, Gabriel Gagné, Ghislain Girouard, Noah Langille, Alain Lavoie, Marc-Étienne LeBlanc, Max Mazerolle, Lucas Poirier, Jonathan Roy, Aris Saheb, Jérémie Thériault and Julien Thibodeau.
