The Aigles Bleues in Wolfville on Wednesday
The Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (2-10=4pts,5th position) travel to Wolfville, Nova Scotia on Wednesday for a game with the Acadia University Axewomen (8-3=16pts, 2nd position) in an Atlantic University Sport women's volleyball game.
Joline Richard's protégés fought very well last weekend in two home games. The matchup against the Axewomen will be a big challenge, but the last victory of the Blue and Gold, 3-2, is against this same team on November 20.
“We have made corrections and we want to come back with the two points,” said coach Joline Richard. “We can play with this team, and we have shown it. We're going to play a good game.”
This game was scheduled to be played on January 15 and was postponed due to poor road conditions. Moncton has lost its last three games and Acadia has lost its last.
