“I decided to join the Aigles Bleus because they have a very good hockey program and I preferred to live closer to home,” said the centermen. “I would like to win a national championship and graduate from the university.

Jacob has been playing hockey for 16 years. “My strengths are my work ethic and I'm a fast player,” he added. “I hope to improve my shot. I'm familiar with most players and I've had the opportunity to train with them.” During 38 games last season with Miramichi and Campbellton, he has a record of 15 goals and 37 assists for 52 points. He added 2 goals and 5 assists in 6 playoff games.

Jérémie is a good playmaker who has enjoyed success in Junior A (Miramichi and Campbellton) after two years with the Sea Dogs and the Titan. He will need time to adapt to the level of play, but over time it, he will certainly bring depth to the attack of the blue and gold.  A bachelor of administration is Jacob's study goal. He is aware of the high calibre of play in Atlantic University Sport hockey, having seen his brother Alexandre play with Moncton.

Charles-Édouard Drouin, 21, is 5 feet 7 1/2 inches tall, 158 pounds tall. The centre player lined up with the Cégep Beauce-Appalaches Condors of the Quebec AAA Junior Hockey League last season.

“I'm interested in the organization of the Aigles Bleus because they have a very good reputation,” Drouin said. “The staff showed interest and confidence in me. This mixture of two points helped finalize my decision. I aim to play at a high level to continue to improve and have fun while being able to complete my studies.”

Drouin has been playing hockey for about 15 years. “I am a fast, intelligent player with good skills,” continued the one who wants to study in physical education. “I aim to adapt to a more physical style of play, to be more consistent in defense without destroying by style. I know some current players that I've played with in the past. There is also Jacob Dion who is one of my best friends.”

Drouin loves to play golf. He knows the calibre of play is very high with excellent mature players who work very hard every night to reap the victories.

With the Cégep Beauce-Appalaches Condors last season, Drouin scored 35 goals and 38 assists for 73 points in 42 games, + 22.  He played a season and a half (2019-2020 and 2020-21) with the Rouyn Noranda Huskies, having played 37 games, 9 goals and 15 assists and a season with the Drummondville Voltigeurs (2018-2019-2022) with 52 games and 7 goals and 18 assists.
