Volleyball: Two games in Halifax for the Aigles Bleues
A two-game road trip in two days awaits the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues on Saturday and Sunday in Atlantic University Sport women's volleyball action in Halifax.
The Saint Mary's Huskies (3-0=6pts,1st position) will host the Blue and Gold (0-2=0pts, 4th position) for these two meetings at 2 p.m. in Halifax. These are the first two in a series of 6 away games before completing the regular schedule for the holiday break. The mission will not be easy for Joline Richard's team following three consecutive victories for the Huskies at the beginning of the season.
“We played against the Huskies in the pre-season, so we have an idea of what to expect,” said head coach Joline Richard. “We will change last weekend's game plan to respond to the Huskies' game and prepare accordingly. We have a new approach and there is great internal competition between the players for the beginning six spots.”
This outing will offer the Aigles Bleues the chance to participate in activities related to the identity of the team to continue to improve communication and chemistry between the players.
All athletes are available for both matches.
