Half-masting of Flags: Death of Senator Judith Keating
The university community is saddened to learn of the passing of one of its greatest contributors, New Brunswick Senator Judith Keating.
Senator Keating worked throughout her career to promote language equality and reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.
The Université de Moncton, which had the opportunity to work with her on many issues related to reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, offers its deepest condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues.
The flags of the three campuses of the Université de Moncton will be flown at half-mast on the day of her funeral.
