Pascale Paulin appointed Director of Communications

The President and Vice-Chancellor of the Université de Moncton today announced the appointment of Pascale Paulin as the institution’s new Director of Communications. Her duties will begin on June 21.

Ms. Paulin has been a recognized communications strategist for over 25 years. Throughout her career, she has worked for various organizations and has lent her expertise to the municipal and federal public service. She is also the founder and owner of Forté Communication, a firm launched in 2012 that offers services that include communications strategies, social marketing, service analysis, and crisis management.

“We are delighted to have Ms. Paulin join our communications team,” said President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Denis Prud’homme. “Her extensive track record, keen strategic development skills, and passion for the field of communications will be essential assets to the Université de Moncton and its vision.” Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Communications develops and implements innovative communications strategies to support the university’s three campuses, in keeping with the institution’s vision. The main purpose of the communications department is to publicize the mission and achievements of the institution and the university community.

Ms. Paulin holds a Bachelor’s degree in information and communications from the Université de Moncton and a certificate in social media from Algonquin College. She has been sharing her passion for communications with organizations across the country for many years. She is also a trainer and speaker and is originally from Lamèque, in the Acadian Peninsula.
