Université de Moncton saddened by Prince Philip’s death
Following the death of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, the flags on the Université de Moncton’s three campuses will be flown at half-mast until sunset on the day of his funeral.
“The Université de Moncton offers its deepest condolences to Her Majesty the Queen, the members of the Royal Family, and the British people,” said President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Denis Prud'homme.
After showing unwavering support for the Crown for more than seven decades, Prince Philip passed away at the age of 99 on April 9, at Windsor Castle in England.
