Remy Anglehart commits to Aigles Bleus

Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus coach, Judes Vallée, is happy that Remy Anglehart, from Port-Daniel, Quebec, has agreed to join his team for the next Atlantic University Sport men’s hockey season.

A player with Acadie-Bathurst Titan, he has signed his U SPORT letter of intention of joining the Aigles Bleus for the next AUS season. Standing at 5’ 9’’, 177 lbs, the 20-year-old player has played in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League for most of five seasons.

“He has experience and very good statistics this season,” Vallée said. “He can play well at centre or on the wing. He will bring experience and depth to our team.”

Anglehart, who shoots left, has 18 goals and 16 assists for 34 points in 38 games with the Titan. He did begin the season with the Drummondville Voltigeurs (17-9-4=13pts) before being sent to Bathurst. He played last season (2018-2019) with both Blainville-Boisbriand Armada and the Voltigeurs. He dressed the 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-18 with l’Armada.

He has played 194 games thus far in the QMJHL and has 62 goals, 47 assists for 109 points and participated twice in the playoffs.
