Hockey Aigles Bleues to Host X-Women and Panthers

The Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (2-5-0=4 points, 8^th position) will play two weekend home games in Atlantic University Sport women’s hockey action.

The Aigles Bleues will host the St. Francis Xavier University X-Women (5-0-1=11 points, 1^st position) on Friday and the University of Prince Edward Island Panthers (3-3-0=6 points, 5^th place) on Saturday. Both games will take place at 7 p.m. at the J.-Louis-Lévesque Arena.

“We will build on our best performance of Wednesday,” coach Marc-André Côté said. “We have a very good chance of success if we do that. We played a full 60 minutes, and we created opportunities on the ice. We need to better our offensive scoring by sending more pucks to the net and also playing more aggressively around the same area. We played much better on Wednesday. We also need to make sure our offence is productive as well as our defence.”
