Nine Université de Moncton Students Awarded the Bourse Les Filles de Marie-de-l’Assomption/FAÉUNB

The Bourse Les Filles de Marie-de-l’Assomption/FAÉUNB (Fonds d’accès aux études universitaires du Nouveau-Brunswick, New Brunswick Post-Secondary Opportunities Fund) has been generously bestowed upon nine students at the Université de Moncton:

• Fanny Bossé, enrolled in the Bachelor of Social Work program;
• Laurie Castonguay, Bachelor of Nursing program;
• Danika Deschênes, Bachelor of Social Work program;
• Jocelyn Landry, Bachelor of Translation program;
• Julie Lang, Bachelor of Social Work program;
• Samantha Robichaud, Bachelor of Social Work program;
• Zachari Levesque Savoie, Diploma in Health Sciences program;
• Jannie Sonier, Applied Bachelor in Radiologic Technology program;
• Vanessa St-Pierre, Bachelor of Nursing program.

The Bourse Les Filles de Marie-de-l’Assomption/FAÉUNB is a bursary awarded with priority given to graduates of Polyvalente Roland-Pépin in Campbellton, Cité des Jeunes in Edmundston, Polyvalente A.-J.-Savoie in Saint-Quentin, Polyvalente Louis-Mailloux in Caraquet, École Marie-Gaétane in Kedgwick or École Mgr-Marcel-François-Richard in Saint-Louis-de-Kent.

Recipients must be enrolled full-time on any campus of the Université de Moncton in the final year of an education, music, social work, religious studies, translation or nursing program, the preparatory program in health sciences, or a medicine, medical laboratory science, radiology or respiratory therapy program, have a strong academic record and demonstrate leadership within the university community.

Congratulations to the recipients and sincere thanks to the Les Filles de Marie-de-l’Assomption religious order for its support of these students in their academic endeavours.
