Ibrahim Al-Ghazali, Student in the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research of the Université de Moncton, Awarded the Bourse Opération secours

The Bourse Opération secours is awarded to students with refugee or immigrant status who are enrolled at the Université de Moncton and have a strong academic record.
