Flags at half-mast for Kamloops residential school children
Flags on all three Université de Moncton campuses are being flown at half-mast until further notice to honour the memory of the hundreds of children whose bodies were recently discovered on the grounds of a former residential school in Kamloops, British Columbia.
Like the rest of Canada, the Université de Moncton is greatly shaken by this senseless loss. Our hearts go out to Indigenous peoples from coast to coast to coast and to the families affected by this devastating discovery.
