Gabriel Arsenault is appointed associate researcher at the Donald J. Savoie Institute
Gabriel Arsenault, professor at l’École des hautes études publiques at the Université de Moncton, has been appointed associate researcher at the Donald J. Savoie Institute. Jacques Paul Couturier, Chairman of the Institute's board of directors, made the announcement recently.
Professor Arsenault has been at l’École des hautes études publiques since 2016. He has published widely in Canadian Politics and Canadian Public Policy.
While at the Institute, he will lead the effort in promoting the Polimeter initiative in Atlantic Canada. The Polimeter is designed to assess the ability of governments to deliver on their electoral commitments.
