The Université de Moncton Saddened by the Death of Judith Laforest
The university community is saddened by the death of Ms. Judith Laforest, supervisor of the wildlife and botanical laboratories at the School of Forestry on the Edmundston campus, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at age 57.
Ms. Laforest had worked on the Edmundston campus since August 1989. She was an exceptional co-worker, known for her professionalism, enthusiasm and altruism. The administration of the Université de Moncton and the entire university community extend their sincerest condolences to her family, her valued colleagues on the Edmundston campus, the students to whom she was so close and her friends.
The flags on all three campuses will be at half-mast until Saturday, May 30.
