Véronique Omalosanga and Robbie Graham are Université de Moncton Athletes of the Week

Runner Véronique Omalosanga, of Moncton, and hockey player Robbie Graham, of Dieppe, were chosen as athletes of the week for the period from February 3 to 9, 2020, by the Université de Moncton Athletic Department.

Véronique Omalosanga did well at the annual Saint Mary’s University track meet in Halifax, on the weekend. She established a Université de Moncton 60m record in a time of 7.67 and took second spot. She was also second in the 300m race in a time of 41.45. She is ranked 17^th in Canada and second in Atlantic University Sport (AUS). She is a health sciences student.

Forward Robbie Graham reached two milestones during his team’s Aigles Bleus two games. He scored his 50^th and 51^st all-time career goals in university hockey and added two assists to reach 100 career points in his five-year AUS career. He took seven shots in the two games. He finished the season in 21^st place in the AUS with 12 goals and 15 assists for 27 points. He is a bachelor of administration (marketing) student.
