Matching Program Launch

The matching program launch took place on October 16 on the Moncton campus of Université de Moncton as part of Rendez-vous de L’alUMni.

The program is aimed at creating interactions between people from the community and Université de Moncton’s international students, to help facilitate the integration of these students by providing opportunities to meet new people and learn more about other cultures.

International Student and Student Mobility Services of Université de Moncton is inviting interested individuals to host an international student for one or several days.

“The matching program has been in place at the Moncton campus for a few years,” mentioned Lucille Landry, head of International Student and Student Mobility Services. She added that “it is greatly appreciated by the international student population and community. The program allows international students to participate in an enriching experience with a local family.”
