Alex Thériault, Student in the Faculty of Administration at the Université de Moncton, Awarded the Bourse Claude-F.-Savoie Scholarship

Through the generosity of Acadian Construction Ltd., Alex Thériault, a student in the Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) cooperative program in the Faculty of Administration at the Université de Moncton, has been awarded the Bourse Claude-F.-Savoie scholarship valued at $5,000.

The Bourse Claude-F.-Savoie scholarship is an extracurricular scholarship awarded to students enrolled full-time on the Moncton campus of the Université de Moncton who have completed at least two years of study and have an excellent academic record. Recipients must be from Kent or Westmorland County and be involved in extracurricular activities on campus.

Congratulations to Alex Thériault and sincere thanks to Acadian Construction Ltd. for this invaluable financial support offered in memory of Claude F. Savoie, the visionary leader behind that company and great friend of the Université de Moncton.

Claude F. Savoie served as chair of the Impact major fundraising campaign and fundraising campaigns in the 1990s on behalf of the Université de Moncton.
