Eight teams will compete at U de M girls’ high school hockey tournament
The annual Université de Moncton girls’ high school hockey tournament has attracted eight New Brunswick teams for this weekend at the J.-Louis-Lévesque Arena, located on the Moncton campus.The Mathieu-Martin Vedettes, Tantramar Titans, Miramichi Valley Pulamoo and the polyvalente Thomas-Albert Élite are in division A. The Louis-J.-Robichaud Patriotes, Louis-Mailloux Acadiennes, Clément-Cormier Cavalières and Fredericton Black Kats are in division B.
The first game is on Friday, December 8th, at 1 p.m. between Miramichi and Mathieu-Martin. The last dual will be at 8 p.m. with Mathieu-Martin against Tantramar. Saturday, there will be games between 9 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
On Sunday, semi-finals are at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. and the championship game will start at 3:30 p.m.
