Scholarship fund established in memory of Rhéal Hébert

More than 30 years after his death, his university friends, family and friends created the Rhéal Hébert Scholarship Fund to honour the memory and legacy of Rhéal Hébert.
The fund has a market value of $30,000. The Rhéal Hébert Scholarship is awarded to francophone students from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island who are registered in the first year of an engineering program during the period immediately following receipt of their high school diploma and who also have an excellent academic record.
