    Registration
The REGISTRATION FORMS can be found within each course description. To register, you must click on the title of the activity for which you wish to register and fill out the registration form. However, we ask that you carefully read the information below prior to registering for any activity.

It is recommended to register AT LEAST two to four weeks before the scheduled start date. However, some workshops require an earlier registration. See applicable activity desciptions for more information.

Registration fees and what they include are indicated in the description of the training activity.  Fees must be paid in full at time of registration or when requested by the Continuing Education Office.

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the activity, you can benefit from a group discount: Register 3 people from the same company or group (invoiced to a single address or payable with a single payment) for a training activity and the 4th registration is free. Note: These discounts are only applicable to the currently scheduled public workshops (Professional Development).

The Continuing Education Office reserves the right to:

    • Cancel a workshop due to insufficient registrations
    • Change the workshop schedule in the event of unforeseeable cicumstances and
    • Replace an instructor in the event of unforeseeable cicumstances .

The decision to confirm or to cancel an activity will normally be taken two to four weeks prior to the scheduled date of the activity. Participants will be notified of this decision by e-mail.

Workshop room number will be provided to you upon confirmation of the activity.

Anyone registering to a training activity must be aware of the withdrawal or cancellation policy, which is stated as follows:

    Withdrawal or Cancellation Policy

Any request for withdrawal from a training activity must be submitted in writing (by e-mail) to the Continuing Education Office where the registration took place.  When a withdrawal from a training activity takes place either at the time of confirmation of the activity or up to one business day following the time of confirmation, half of the tuition is refunded.  After this period, no reimbursements will be awarded. However, it is possible for someone who is unable to attend the workshop to be replaced by another participant. Simply let us know.

    * Any appeal to the withdrawal and cancellation policy must be submitted in writing. No appeal can be processed by telephone.  Only health or bereavement issues supported by accompanying documents will be taken into account.  The circumstances will be considered as part of our evaluation authority. Our decision will be communicated to you within a maximum period of thirty days.
